TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Independent Brand Declaration
ROOT (operating at tryrootorganics.com) is an independent brand. All products sold by ROOT are designed and sold exclusively by ROOT. ROOT has no affiliation, association, authorization, endorsement, or connection of any kind with any other brand, manufacturer, or third-party intellectual property holder unless explicitly stated. Any resemblance to products sold by other companies is coincidental. Products sold by ROOT are original and are marketed and sold as such.
2. No Counterfeit Goods Declaration
All products sold by ROOT are original goods manufactured to our specifications. ROOT does not sell, distribute, or represent counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized imitation goods of any brand. Purchasing from tryrootorganics.com means you are purchasing an original ROOT product, not a product of any other brand.
3. Buyer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on tryrootorganics.com, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are purchasing an original ROOT product and not a product of any third-party brand; (b) you have not been misled about the origin, manufacturer, or brand affiliation of any product; (c) you understand the product you are purchasing is an original design sold exclusively by ROOT; (d) you are purchasing voluntarily with full understanding of the product you are receiving; (e) if purchasing a Pre-Order item, you have read and agree to the Pre-Order Terms outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, product names, imagery, copy, and design elements on tryrootorganics.com, including but not limited to the ROOT name and all associated visual identity, are the exclusive property of ROOT. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any ROOT intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
5. Product Use
ROOT products are designed and sold for external, topical use only, as directed on the product packaging. ROOT products are intended for use by adults and responsible older teenagers. We recommend performing a patch test prior to first use and discontinuing use immediately if irritation occurs. Products are not intended for ingestion and should be kept away from the eyes and mucous membranes. ROOT makes no representations regarding the suitability of any product for children under the age of 13. Purchasers assume full responsibility for determining the appropriate use of this product and for reviewing the full ingredient list prior to use, particularly in the case of known allergies or sensitivities.
6. Limitation of Liability
